Toddler Meal - Mini Vege Quiche - Crustless

These mini crustless quiches are perfect for baby led weaning.   With all ingredients being grated and chopped finely they will be able to eaten and handled easily buy your little one.

Ingredients

1/2 Zucchini, grated
1 Carrot , grated
1 Cup Pumpkin, grated
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Sweet Potato, chopped finely
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Milk
Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Herbs

Let's Put It Altogether

In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix to combine well.
Place in a 24 hole muffin tray
Bake a 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

It's that simple, let cool and let your little one feed themselves.

  2. Hi, I froze mine in a zip lock bag. Make sure they are completely cool and freeze flat. THey are perfect pull out to defrost and eat cold or re-heat in microwave.

  4. Just made these they are lovely ready for when little one wakes from his nap for lunch. So easy too just chucked everything in the food processor on grate.
